As well as providing three meals a day for all of the residents of Designers on Holiday thanks to Julia from the Bread companion, DOH has been lucky enough to have Johan from Fungi Kokken cook for all the residents using is trade mark Mushroom ingredients.
2018 was also the first year that DOH and the Bread Companion teemed up to host Gotland Nights, a farm to table dinner series for paying guests. using local ingredents, cooked in the DOH outdoor kitchen guests where able to tour the site and enjoy a special Gotlandic night of food.
